Marty Holly Garners Bullseye Barrister Award

The firm's client, a mega-retail conglomerate with more than 340,000 team members worldwide, recently recognized Manning & Kass partner Marty Holly as its Bullseye Barrister, a coveted national award, celebrating his outstanding trial and law and motion results. 

Mr. Holly was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1990 and joined the Los Angeles office of Manning & Kass in 2011. He has significant civil litigation experience in the areas of premises liability, products liability, municipal liability, aviation litigation, and security guard litigation.

As a collegiate athlete, Mr. Holly was a four-year letterman on the Cal Football Team.  In the early 1990s, the Golden Bears achieved unparalleled success, including victories in the 1992 Citrus Bowl, 1993 Alamo Bowl, and 1990 Copper Bowl.  Following the 1991–92 season, the Golden Bears finished seventh in the country.  In 1993, Mr. Holly was selected to be a member of the All Pac–10 Honorable Mention Football Team.   

Mr. Holly is also a happily married father of four.
