Maryam Maleki To Join Panel At Alameda County Bar Association

San Francisco Associate Maryam Maleki will participate in a panel discussion titled "Litigating PAGA Claims – An Introduction & Overview," which is sponsored by the Trial Practice and Labor and Employment Sections of the Alameda County Bar Association (ACBA). The presentation will take place on February 7, 2019 from 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM.

Ms. Maleki will be joined by Judge Brad Seligman and John. F. Hyland, Esq., where they will provide an overview of PAGA, discuss issues unique to litigating and settling PAGA claims, and cover recent developments relating to PAGA claims.

Ms. Maleki specializes in employment litigation, handling cases from inception through resolution. She handles litigated matters from inception to verdict and has experience on the issues of wrongful termination, race, religion and national origin discrimination, sexual harassment, gender, age and disability discrimination, wage & hour, defamation, and whistleblower claims.
