Military and Veterans Law Team Successfully Aids Vietnam Veteran

The United States Department of Veterans Affairs had denied a veteran's claims of arthritis after he was injured by an explosion in Vietnam. This veteran was in the VA appellate system for nine years before the firm became involved. In less than one year, associate Sean Dowsing, a member of the Military and Veterans Law Team, and Appellate Law team leader Scott Davenport secured remands from the Court of Appeal for Veterans' Claims and Board of Veterans' Appeals, as well as a favorable judgment from the VA Regional Office in Los Angeles—resulting in $75,000 being paid to the veteran.
