Richard V. Mack Joins Scottsdale as Partner

Manning & Kass is pleased to announce that Richard V. Mack has joined the Scottsdale office as a partner.

Mr. Mack is a State Bar of Arizona certified real estate specialist and rated AV Preeminent® by Martindale-Hubbell. He has also been designated as a 2008–2012 and 2014–2015 Super Lawyer and is a member of Arizona’s Finest Lawyers. Mr. Mack also serves on the Arizona State Bar Real Estate Advisory Commission, which oversees the Real Estate Specialization Program.

Prior to joining Manning & Kass, Mr. Mack was the  founding partner of a nine person full service commercial law firm, with an emphasis on real estate law and professional liability defense, located in Phoenix.
