Robert A. Stern Featured as Guest Speaker on NYACT Insurance Fraud Panel

New York Partner Robert A. Stern will be a guest speaker on the “Fraud and Insurance in New York: Evolving Legal Landscapes” panel at the New York Anti Car Theft & Fraud Association’s Annual Education Conference today, November 6! Robert A. Stern is a member of the Special Investigations Unit / Insurance Fraud Litigation team. Mr. Stern has concentrated in insurance fraud law for over 25 years. He has represented insurers in over 150 RICO lawsuits in federal court and obtained multimillion-dollar judgments in affirmative recovery actions.
