San Diego Managing Partner Alfred M. De La Cruz Joins American Board Of Trial Associates

Manning Kass congratulates San Diego Managing Partner Alfred M. De La Cruz on his recent induction into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Mr. De La Cruz is the Practice Area Leader of the Employment Law team at the firm. He has over 30 years of experience and has tried more than 100 jury trials to verdict. He has received the AV Preeminent® rating by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest an attorney can receive for legal quality and ethics. Mr. De La Cruz has been recognized by several publications and organizations as a top trial and employment law attorney.

Established in 1958, the American Board of Trial Advocates promotes the preservation of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment of the Constitution. They are an invitation-only organization, recognizing the best lawyers and judges in the United States, with fewer than 8,000 members nationwide. Membership recognizes true leadership and excellence as a trial attorney.
