Tony M. Sain to Present at the 2020 Open Meetings and Open Records Digital Conference for the CLA

Tony M. Sain, a Los Angeles Public Entity Defense Team Partner, will be co-leading a virtual presentation on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at the 2020 Open Meetings and Open Records Digital Conference for the California Lawyers Association (CLA).

The session, titled “Police Records—One Year Later,” will cover the impact of SB 1421 and AB 748 and how public agencies are faring in response to requests for public records in the possession of law enforcement agencies and related implications for the Pitchess privilege system. The course will provide 1.5 Participatory MCLE Credits and will be available from CLA for 3 months after purchase.
