Los Angeles associate Adam Roehrick has garnered two consecutive "Take Nothings" in worker's compensation cases during May of 2017. A "Take Nothing" is when an Applicant is denied any form of compensation, in other words, when it is ordered Applicant take nothing.

These defense verdicts are very rare in the California State worker's compensation system.
