Aaditya P. Kaushik is an Associate in the New York office of Manning Kass. He is a member of the Insurance Fraud Litigation team.

Mr. Kaushik received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia. Mr. Kaushik received his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, where he was a Notes Editor on The George Washington Law Review and a member of the Mock Trial Board. While at GW, Mr. Kaushik was a judicial intern in the United States District Court for the Honorable Rudolph Contreras. He also interned in the Office of the Virginia Attorney General and the New York County District Attorney's Office.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Kaushik worked as a Plaintiff-side attorney, where he managed a caseload of approximately two hundred civil sexual abuse cases against the City and State of New York. Mr. Kaushik also worked as an Assistant District Attorney in New York County, where he investigated and prosecuted various crimes including sex offenses, violent crimes, firearms possession, and hate crimes.

Mr. Kaushik is admitted to the New York State Bar. He is a member of the New York City Bar Association's Rule of Law Task Force and Civil Rights Committee.
