Aastha Daftary is an Associate at Manning Kass in the San Francisco Office. She is a member of the Professional Liability team.

Before joining Manning Kass, Aastha was an associate at another law firm, where she represented real estate licensees, brokerage firms, and property managers in a wide range of matters. Her experience includes defending clients in disputes arising from alleged nondisclosures in residential sales transactions, as well as tenancy-related claims involving habitability, quiet enjoyment, and nuisance.

Aastha is known for her meticulous case preparation, strategic handling of discovery and motion practice, and commitment to clear, practical communication with clients.

Aastha earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in India and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
