Alyssa L. Vallero is an Associate in the San Francisco office at Manning Kass. She is a member of the Premises Liability team.
Ms. Vallero received her Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Following undergrad, Ms. Vallero worked in the biotechnology sector for AstraZeneca, contributing to various illnesses including asthma and COVID. Her experience here inspired her to pursue a career where she could merge her analytical strengths with her communication strengths. Ms. Vallero then received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco, School of Law. She was a member of several clubs and clinics at USF, including the Intellectual Property Law Clinic, and also earned her Intellectual Property Certificate indicating further education in Intellectual Property Law.
Ms. Vallero was a judicial extern in the California Supreme Court for the Chief Justice, Ret. Honorable Tani Cantil Sakauye. She also externed with the Legal Aid Society in New York. During both externships, Ms. Vallero strengthened her analytical skills by helping draft motions and participating in legal proceedings.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Vallero worked as a civil defense attorney at a boutique firm in Oakland, California, where she managed both premises liability cases and medical malpractice cases.
Ms. Vallero is admitted to the California State Bar.
