Amanda Wilbur is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Special Investigation Unit / Insurance Fraud Litigation team.

Ms. Wilbur is also a member of the Complex Litigation Team as a civil litigation and trial attorney. Her practice is primarily comprised of matters involving high exposure, catastrophic injury cases, special investigation matters, and other complex litigation.

Prior to joining Manning Kass, Ms. Wilbur provided insurance defense in the areas of personal injury, real estate, and common interest development litigation. Throughout her practice, Ms. Wilbur has represented both businesses and individuals in civil litigation matters within California Superior Courts and the California Court of Appeals. Ms. Wilbur has also represented both plaintiffs and defendants in the area of employment law for matters regarding discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. 

Ms. Wilbur earned her law degree from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law. During law school, Ms. Wilbur was awarded the CALI Award in Professional Responsibility and Civil Procedure Lab. She was also a First Generations Scholar Mentor.

Prior to law school, Mr. Wilbur received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). At CSUN, Ms. Wilbur was awarded a Certificate of Distinction from the Economics Department.

Ms. Wilbur is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.
