Anna A. Kartoshkina is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Business Litigation, Premises Liability, Product Liability, and Retail, Restaurant, and Hospitality Litigation teams.
Ms. Kartoshkina received her Juris Doctor and Master of Laws degrees in International Law from the European Humanities University, where she was granted an outstanding achievement award. Further, Ms. Kartoshkina received her second Master of Laws degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, where she received several awards for her accomplishments, including the Dean's Academic Excellence Award and High Pass Certificate in Legal Writing. In addition to her Master of Laws degree, Ms. Kartoshkina also received an academic certificate in Business Law from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Kartoshkina worked at a boutique complex litigation company in Southern California, where she managed cases dealing with various Civil and Bankruptcy legal issues.
Ms. Kartoshkina is admitted to the California State Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. She promotes a deep commitment to client advocacy and a passion for law.
