Antoinette Marie Marino is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Legal Malpractice, Professional Liability, and Real Estate teams.

For the past two decades, Ms. Marino has concentrated her practice in the area of professional liability litigation, defending through trials and appeals, attorneys, real estate brokers, agents, appraisers, and escrow officers against claims arising from negligent acts, errors and omissions in the performance of their professional services.

Ms. Marino serves on various Boards of Directors to regional and national banks and nonbank credit providers in various types of debt finance transactions across a broad spectrum of industries. She frequently renders advice to credit unions on insurance issues arising from Directors' and Officers' liability coverage arising from indemnity and guarantee agreements. She is a founding member and Executive Director of various legal associations and holds an appointment to the State Bar Committee on Professional Liability Insurance offered by the State Bar of California-sponsored programs.
