Arghavan Sharifan is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Premises Liability team.
Ms. Sharifan earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, where she served as a student mediator at the Loyola Center for Conflict Resolution. Prior to law school, she graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Arts in Gender Studies.
Ms. Sharifan has experience representing insurance carriers in a variety of legal matters, including defense litigation involving property, liability, and casualty claims. Her prior work includes defending insurers against claims from policyholders and third parties, addressing disputes over policy terms, and providing coverage analysis. She has also managed claims denials and handled subrogation issues. Before joining the firm, Ms. Sharifan developed a well-rounded understanding of insurance law, with a focus on both litigation and policy-related matters, and continues to apply this expertise in her current practice.
Ms. Sharifan is admitted to the California State Bar.
