Ari Markow is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Manning Kass. He is a member of the Construction Law, Corporate and Commercial Transactions, and Real Estate teams.

Mr. Markow focuses his practice on corporate structure and commercial transactions, as well as business and commercial litigation. He provides general corporate and business counseling to emerging growth companies and their management with respect to corporate structure, financing, a wide variety of business transactions, and investor/shareholder issues. He also has extensive experience in handling all types of real estate matters and related disputes, professional liability matters, trade secret issues, intellectual property, product liability, and complex corporate and commercial litigation. In addition, Mr. Markow has substantial experience in disputes involving financial institutions and the financial services area, including secured transactions, commercial code, and lending practices matters. He also has extensive experience in construction law.

Mr. Markow received his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. In law school, he concentrated his studies in areas that concern business and securities, and was also a Moot Court competition finalist. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the School of Political Science at California State University, Northridge. He was a member of the Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society. He also served as a staff intern to State Senator Ed Davis. Ari Markow serves as pro bono general counsel for A Walk On Water (AWOW). AWOW's primary goal is providing relief to families of children with special needs through surf therapy.

In his spare time, Mr. Markow enjoys surfing, fishing, motorcycle riding, and studying Kempo karate.
