Carter R. Taylor is an Associate in the Orange County office of Manning Kass. He is a member of the Health Care Liability and Long Term Care / Elder Abuse Defense teams.

Mr. Taylor’s practice focuses on elder abuse and professional liability defense, including the representation of physicians, medical professionals, and hospitals. Mr. Taylor has also handled product liability matters and general liability litigation. He is licensed to practice in California. 

Mr. Taylor received his Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law, where he had the privilege of serving as an extern for the Veterans Legal Institute in Santa Ana, California. Mr. Taylor earned his Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from California State University, Long Beach. While at CSU Long Beach, he was a member of the Division I men’s water polo team and was honored to serve as team captain during his senior year.

Born in Newport Beach, California, Mr. Taylor now resides in Long Beach with his wife, Daire, and their son, Declan.
