Christina Tapia is a Partner in the San Diego office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Employment Law team.

Ms. Tapia has experience in all aspects of litigation, including preparing and arguing motions, witness interviews, depositions, discovery, mediation, settlement, defending clients at trial, and drafting post-trial motions. Ms. Tapia has worked on numerous matters dealing with discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. Ms. Tapia has assisted employers in their drafting of employee handbooks and provided counseling on employment-related matters. Ms. Tapia has also represented clients in charges filed with various state and federal agencies including the California Department of Fair Employment & Housing and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Additionally, Ms. Tapia has defended employers during investigations and audits conducted by government entities.

Ms. Tapia's work in the community also includes previously serving as a faculty member of the University of San Diego's Paralegal Program where she taught a course on Labor and Employment Law.
