Christopher A. Datomi is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Manning Kass. He is a member of the Governmental Entity Liability, Health Care Liability, Long Term Care / Elder Abuse Defense, Premises Liability, and Professional Liability teams.

Mr. Datomi has been representing medical professionals, public entities, and healthcare facilities throughout Southern California for 29 years. His practice includes civil litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, allied health board hearings, administrative hearings, drug/medical device litigation, managed care litigation, and elder abuse litigation. Mr. Datomi has tried numerous jury trials to verdict and is an Associate of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He was awarded an AV Preeminent® rating by Martindale-Hubbell, representing the highest legal ability and ethical standards. He is a frequent lecturer on medical defense topics.

Mr. Datomi was born in Los Angeles and is admitted to the California Bar. He attended the University of Southern California and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated from Loyola School of Law, Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Law Review.

Mr. Datomi is admitted to practice before the United States District Court of California and is a member of the State Bar of California. He is affiliated with multiple professional associations, including the American Board of Trial Advocates, Southern California Defense Counsel, Southern California Association of Healthcare Risk Management, and Los Angeles County Bar Association.
