Courtney E. Nakatani is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Workers' Compensation team.

Ms. Nakatani has practiced workers' compensation exclusively for her entire career at all Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) offices in Southern California. She has represented both parties, injured workers and employers, in all aspects of workers' compensation litigation. She has extensive experience in complex litigation cases, including catastrophic loss, asbestos, COVID-19, and police and fire cases involving special presumptions. Additionally, she has defended employers against 132(a) and S&W claims.
