Daniel J. Knierim is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Manning Kass. He is a member of the Professional Liability and Real Estate teams.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Knierim practiced Landlord-Tenant, Habitability, Employment, and Workers' Compensation, serving clients such as Amazon and the Los Angeles Unified School District.

Mr. Knierim earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Western Washington University and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine College of Law. While in law school, he served as President of the Aviation Law Society and Vice President of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. He also worked on behalf of the Natural Resource Legal Defense Fund on a number of projects, including research that was included in an amicus brief submitted to the United States Supreme Court. Additionally, he interned with the Staff Attorney's Office for the State of Florida 20th District Judicial Circuit and the State of Alaska Department of Law – Criminal Division. 

Mr. Knierim is a member of the California State Bar.
