David P. Hall is a Partner in the Inland Empire office of Manning Kass. He is a member of the Governmental Entity Liability Team.

Mr. Hall earned his Juris Doctor degree with honors from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While in law school, he was elected to Who's Who in Colleges and Universities and twice received the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services. He received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, San Bernardino.

Mr. Hall has over twenty-five years of experience in civil litigation. He has litigated cases in arbitration, state courts, federal courts, and appellate courts. In addition to litigating cases in California, he has represented clients in the state and federal courts of Alabama, Arizona, Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Rhode Island.
