Erica L. Mobley is an Associate in the New York office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Special Investigations Unit / Insurance Fraud Litigation team.
Ms. Mobley’s practice is primarily focused on investigating fraudulent insurance claims and prosecuting civil racketeering claims under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). She has extensive experience with all aspects of civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on dispositive motions and early resolution of matters. Prior to joining Manning Kass, Ms. Mobley handled a wide variety of insurance defense cases, including in the areas of professional liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, and other general liability defense actions. She has argued at the trial and appellate levels in various jurisdictions.
Ms. Mobley started her career in California, representing outdoor advertising companies in a variety of contract disputes and administrative proceedings, and demonstrated a commitment to pro bono activities by volunteering regularly with the Los Angeles County Bar Association Domestic Violence Project.
