Erin J. An is an Associate in the New York office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Insurance Coverage / Bad Faith and Premises Liability teams.

Ms. An received her Bachelor of Science in Management from Boston College and her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. During law school, she served as Executive Notes Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law, and her note, “It’s Finally Time for a National Data Privacy Law: A Discussion of the American Data Privacy and Protection Act (ADPPA),” was selected for publication. She was a member of the Brooklyn Law Incubator & Policy Clinic, where she assisted numerous tech-oriented clients with their legal needs. In addition, she served as Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. 

Ms. An was a judicial intern in the United States District Court of New Jersey for the Honorable Susan D. Wigenton. She also interned in-house at a global financial brokerage firm, where she worked on commercial litigation matters and other in-house legal matters.
