Erin Rathswohl is a Partner in the Inland Empire office at Manning Kass. She is a member of the Governmental Entity Liability team.

Erin Rathswohl is an attorney specializing in the defense of public entities. Erin represents public entity clients in both federal and state court matters. Her expertise spans sensitive child welfare cases—including wrongful removal and injury/death in custody—as well as employment litigation involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.  

Erin earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from California Western School of Law, where she ranked in the top 6% of her class and served as a Senior Editor for the Law Review. Her academic excellence is further evidenced by several awards for earning the highest grade in her class. In law school, Erin served as a judicial extern for the U.S. District Court and a certified intern for the California Attorney General’s Criminal Division. 

Prior to her career as an attorney, Erin spent several years as a high-performing paralegal, one year earning the "Legal Associate of the Year" —an experience that provided her with a unique perspective on case management and compliance.
