Eugene "Gene" Egan is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Manning Kass. He is the leader of the the Premises Liability, Religious Institution Defense, and Fraternity and Sorority Defense teams, and a member of the Trucking and Transportation team.

He joined Manning Kass in 2007, after spending 19 years with a prominent Los Angeles litigation firm. Mr. Egan's practice focuses on the defense of high exposure claims in areas of premises liability, negligent security, products liability, and governmental tort liability. Mr. Egan has successfully tried numerous cases in state and federal courts.

Mr. Egan received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, with honors.
