Fiona Chen is an Associate in the Inland Empire office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Governmental Entity Liability team.

Ms. Chen received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, and her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School.

Prior to joining Manning Kass, Ms. Chen practiced in a range of litigation matters, including general civil litigation, personal injury, wage and hour disputes, and foster care abuse claims.

Ms. Chen is admitted to practice in California and before the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
