Gilberto N. Gonzalez is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Manning Kass. He is a member of the Premises Liability team. 

Mr. Gonzalez earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, with minors in Legal Studies and Spanish Studies, from the University of San Francisco, where he graduated summa cum laude and was nominated for Valedictorian.

Mr. Gonzalez earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he was awarded the Blum Foundation Scholarship. During law school, he served as an Editor for the Law Review and as a Graduation Chair for the Latinx Law Students Association. He also served as a Judicial Extern for the United States District Court in the Northern District of California.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gonzalez worked as an Immigration Attorney, representing families and individuals before the Executive Office for Immigration Review and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. He also worked as an Associate Attorney at a boutique litigation firm, where he represented families seeking appropriate placement and services for special-education students.

Mr. Gonzalez is admitted to the California State Bar.
