Grace Neisingh is a Partner in the San Francisco office of Manning Kass, where she plays a pivotal role in the premises liability, retail restaurant, hospitality, business litigation, and intellectual property teams. With a strong foundation in insurance defense, Ms. Neisingh began her career focusing on general liability and coverage, representing clients across diverse industries, including transportation, large-scale events, construction, environmental remediation, and marine sectors.

Before joining Manning Kass, Ms. Neisingh specialized in addressing the intellectual property and regulatory needs of consumer and technology product companies, including navigating complex FDA regulatory issues. Her extensive experience includes managing trademark portfolios nationally and internationally, enforcement, and licensing, along with ensuring compliance with FDA regulations for products spanning various categories.

Grace holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry/Biochemistry from California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt, and earned her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in Rhode Island. She is also a licensed patent attorney, having successfully passed the United States Patent and Trademark Office registration exam.
