Jacob Akel is an Associate in the San Diego office of Manning Kass. He is a member of the Workers' Compensation team.

Mr. Akel earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Real Estate, magna cum laude, from the University of San Diego and received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. 

Prior to joining Manning Kass, Mr. Akel gained experience in insurance coverage and business-related matters, where he assisted attorneys with a broad range of litigation and transactional issues. Through these experiences, Mr. Akel developed a strong foundation in advocacy and client service, which continues to guide his practice today.

Mr. Akel focuses his practice on Workers' Compensation defense. He works collaboratively with clients to navigate all stages of the claims process and is dedicated to delivering responsive, strategic, and cost-effective representation. Mr. Akel is admitted to the State Bar of California.
