Jerrie S. Weiss is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Health Care Liability and Long Term Care / Elder Abuse Defense teams.
Ms. Weiss is a trial attorney with more than 35 years of experience in the litigation of Medical Malpractice and Elder Abuse cases. She has extensive experience in Appellate law, with multiple published opinions in the California District Courts and California Supreme Court in the Medical Malpractice and Elder Abuse/Neglect arenas.
Ms. Weiss is admitted to practice before all United States District Courts of California. She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Comparative Literature, and a minor in Psychology. She earned her Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. She also earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology.
Prior to her career in law, Ms. Weiss was on the US Olympic Diving Team, where she became a United States National and World Diving Champion.
