Julianna M. Cassara is an Associate in the San Francisco office at Manning Kass. She is a member of the Complex Litigation team.
Ms. Cassara received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Santa Clara University. Ms. Cassara received her Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University, Leavey School of Business and her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University, School of Law, where she received several rewards for her accomplishments including CALI awards in Appellate Advocacy and Constitutional Law, and the Witkin Award in Professional Responsibility. She was Symposium Editor for the Santa Clara Law Review, both a participant in and a board member for Honors Moot Court, Vice President of the Tax and Estate Planning Society, a Representative for the Student Bar Association, and Academic Success Program
Before joining the firm, Ms. Cassara gained broad legal and business experience through roles in civil defense litigation, international tax consulting, and as a legal extern in Seoul, South Korea. Her practice is informed by a diverse litigation background in civil defense, where she has represented clients in matters involving premises liability, professional accountancy malpractice, construction defects, personal injury, employment, landlord-tenant disputes, and public entity defense.
Ms. Cassara is admitted to the State Bar of California.
