Lee P. Pinzow is a Partner in the New York office of Manning Kass. He is a member of the Special Investigations Unit / Insurance Fraud Litigation team.
Mr. Pinzow concentrates his practice in complex civil litigation with a particular emphasis on affirmative litigation brought under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) involving the fraudulent billing of no-fault insurance carriers by individual and corporate healthcare providers, medical device providers, and pharmaceutical companies. He also has experience in judgment enforcement, and matters of no-fault insurance coverage and claims verification.
Mr. Pinzow earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif. While there, he served as the Associate Editor of the Fordham Law Review, and as an Associate Mulligan Competition Editor of the Fordham Law Moot Court Board. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Pace University, double-majoring in History and Political Science.
