Lisa Iversen is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Workers' Compensation team.
Ms. Iversen is both a Certified Mediator and a Certified Arbitrator and volunteers as a judge pro tempore in both the Los Angeles Superior Courts and the San Francisco Superior Courts. A proud mother of three sons, who obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Ms. Iversen brings a unique skill set to litigation and negotiation due to her diverse practice background, jury trial experience, and her multi-faceted life and volunteer experiences – which include teaching trial advocacy, fundraising, and coaching. Ms. Iversen has extensive experience litigating on behalf of prominent companies in arbitrations, appeals, writs, complex litigation, asbestos, carve-outs, jurisdictional issues, PEO work, COVID-19, presumptions, 132(a), and S&W claims and cherishes being a "safe place to come chat."
