Madison S. Forsander is an Associate in the New York office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Special Investigations Unit / Insurance Fraud Litigation team. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Forsander concentrated her practice in the areas of insurance fraud law and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), representing insurance companies on forensic investigations.

Ms. Forsander received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Eastern Connecticut State University. She was on the Dean's List and a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honor Society, Sigma Tau Delta International English Honor Society, and Epsilon Nu Chapter of Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society in Education. Ms. Forsander received her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School, where she was on the Dean's List and was a Quarter Finalist in the Domenick L. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Competition. She was the Executive Managing Editor of the Albany Law Review Volume 84 and member Volume 83.

During her time at Albany Law School, Ms. Forsander was an intern in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut for the Honorable Alfred V. Covello, New York State Office of the Attorney General Litigation Bureau, Tapestry, Inc. Office of General Counsel, and a research assistant for Professor Melissa Breger. 

Ms. Forsander is admitted to the New York State Bar, United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
