Marisa R. Quinzii is a Partner in the San Diego office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Insurance Coverage / Bad Faith and Premises Liability teams. 

Ms. Quinzii received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from San Diego State University. She graduated cum laude with Distinction in Political Science. Ms. Quinzii received her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law and was a recipient of the Creative Problem Solving Scholarship. 

Before joining the firm, Ms. Quinzii worked as a commercial liability defense litigator in civil, personal injury, habitability, nuisance, contract, and general liability matters. She gained extensive courtroom experience, which included conducting bench and jury trials and arguing motions. Ms. Quinzii began her career as an associate in a full-service law firm in El Centro, California. She managed the firm’s entire misdemeanor defense, traffic, probate, landlord-tenant, family law, and estate planning practice. She also managed client intake, claim evaluation, litigation strategy, trial preparation, evidentiary issues, retention of experts, and case resolution. 

Ms. Quinzii is admitted to the California State Bar and the United States District Court, Central and Southern Districts of California. 

In her spare time, Ms. Quinzii enjoys travelling, socializing with family and friends, hiking, watching sports, reading fantasy literature, being a cat mom, attending concerts, and spending time with animals at the San Diego Zoo.
