Mark A. Hagopian is a Partner in the San Francisco office of Manning Kass. He is a member of the Business Litigation, Premises Liability, Product Liability, and Trucking and Transportation teams.
Mr. Hagopian is an experienced trial attorney who has handled a variety of personal injury, business torts, and commercial litigation cases in state and federal courts. He is admitted to the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in all federal courts in California. He is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, the Defense Research Institute, the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California, and the Federalist Society. Mr. Hagopian has also served as a guest lecturer for the Barrister’s Club of San Francisco’s “Law in the Classroom” program. He is a member of The Guardsmen, a non-profit service organization devoted to advancing at-risk Bay Area youth by funding indoor and outdoor educational programs.
Mr. Hagopian is a former pro tempore of the San Francisco Municipal Court and a former member of the San Francisco Assessment Appeals Board. He has been recognized as a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. Mr. Hagopian received his Bachelor of Arts with distinction from the University of California, Berkeley. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He is also AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Additionally, he has been recognized as a Northern California 2015–2016 Super Lawyer. Mark serves on the board of the Sonoma Valley Authors Festival.
