Michael J. Lang is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Manning Kass. He is a member of the Complex Litigation team.
Mr. Lang earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Virginia before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law. During law school, he was an active member of the Trial Bar and gained hands-on experience through the school’s Litigation Clinic and Juvenile Law Clinic.
Before joining Manning Kass, Mr. Lang practiced insurance defense in the Washington, D.C. area, where he represented major insurance companies in courts across Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. He then served at the U.S. Department of Justice, advocating on behalf of the federal government in cases before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
Mr. Lang is admitted to the California State Bar, as well as the state bars of Virginia and Maryland.
