Nicolas Huerta is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Manning Kass. He is a member of the Complex Litigation, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Trucking and Transportation, and Workers' Compensation teams.
Mr. Huerta deals with all aspects of civil liability and workers' compensation. This includes conducting examinations under oath, prosecuting fraud claims, apportionment, AOE/COE and third-party liability claims.
Mr. Huerta received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Business Law from California State University, Northridge. During his undergraduate studies, he served as a board member for the Law Association and was the captain of his intramural soccer team. Additionally, he was also a part of the Business Law Moot Court competition. He then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Huerta worked at a boutique immigration law firm in Glendale, California, where he facilitated city-based immigration clinics and workshops. During his time there, he also managed a fellowship program that allowed interns to work on asylum cases.
Mr. Huerta is admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California.
When he’s not zealously advocating for his clients, he enjoys golfing and racing on the track.
