Olesya Mikhaylova is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Premises Liability, Professional Liability, Real Estate, and Religious Institution Defense teams.

Ms. Mikhaylova represents clients in all phases of civil litigation, routinely obtaining favorable settlements in pre-trial proceedings. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mikhaylova practiced sexual harassment, insurance coverage, product liability defense, premises liability defense, automobile negligence matters, construction defects, condominium and homeowner’s association defense, and employment and immigration matters.

Ms. Mikhaylova earned her Master of Laws degree from The University of Southern California Gould School of Law. Ms. Mikhaylova is admitted to the bar in California. In the earlier part of her law career, Ms. Mikhaylova actively participated in pro bono activities.

In her free time, Ms. Mikhaylova enjoys socializing, reading, and spending time with her husband and three children. She is fluent in Russian.
