Paul H. Kresge II is an Associate in the San Diego office of Manning Kass. He is a member of the Premises Liability team. 

Mr. Kresge is a dedicated legal professional based in San Diego, California, committed to advancing justice through thoughtful advocacy, strategic litigation, and a strong foundation in employment and labor law. He earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, where he was honored as an inductee into both the Pro Bono and Public Service Honors Societies, reflecting his steadfast commitment to community service and ethical practice.

Mr. Kresge’s legal experience spans both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Manning Kass, he served as a Post-Bar Law Clerk at a complex litigation and personal injury firm, contributing to complex civil litigation by drafting complaints, preparing motions, managing discovery, and coordinating all phases of case development.

Previously, Mr. Kresge interned with the County of San Diego Office of Labor Standards and Enforcement, where he researched labor laws, authored legal memoranda, and supported the development of legislative proposals. His legal journey also includes grassroots involvement at the Community Law Project, where he assisted underserved populations with legal intake and resource referral.

Before transitioning into law, Mr. Kresge built a diverse professional background that sharpened his communication and organizational skills. From managing high-end events in the hospitality industry to working retail and ensuring workplace safety compliance, Mr. Kresge brings a holistic, people-first perspective to every endeavor.

An Arizona State University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Mr. Kresge also contributed to academic research in language impairment and bilingual reading development.

Beyond the courtroom, Mr. Kresge is deeply involved in his community. He is an active member of professional organizations including the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, the Lawyers Club of San Diego, the San Diego County Bar Association, and the Tom Homann LGBTQ+ Law Association. In his free time, he volunteers with the San Diego County Food Bank and serves as Principal Cellist for the North Coast Symphony Orchestra.

Mr. Kresge is admitted to the California State Bar and continues to build a career rooted in service, advocacy, and integrity. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
