Sara Kim is an Associate at the Los Angeles office at Manning Kass. She is a member of the Appellate (Strategy, Writs, and Appeals) team.

Ms. Kim is a Law and Motion attorney who is dedicated to advocating for her clients through effective motion practice and takes special care in drafting quality legal memoranda throughout all phases of litigation.

Ms. Kim received her Bachelor of Arts in English from California State University, Long Beach and subsequently received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kim was a civil litigation attorney who created and oversaw the Law and Motion Department at a plaintiff’s side personal injury firm. Then, she worked as a Law and Motion attorney for a civil defense firm before joining Manning Kass. Ms. Kim’s experience of practicing law on both the plaintiff’s side and the defense side gives her a unique perspective since she has an understanding of the litigation process from both sides of the “v”.

Ms. Kim is admitted to the California State Bar.
