Sarah W. Nuckel is an Associate at Manning Kass in the Los Angeles office. She is a member of the Complex Litigation team.
Ms. Nuckel received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Southern California. She was a member of the Dean’s List for outstanding academic achievement. Ms. Nuckel received her Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she graduated with an honors concentration in Trial and Appellate Advocacy. She was a member of University of Pacific Law Review, with her final comment on juvenile criminal sentencing being published. She was also awarded the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Commitment to Excellence Award.
While in law school, Ms. Nuckel interned with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, where as a certified law student she conducted dozens of successful preliminary hearings and trial research.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Nuckel worked at a private criminal defense firm in Ventura, California, in which she participated in a majorly publicized criminal trial. Ms. Nuckel then pivoted to personal injury and worked as an associate at a large plaintiff personal injury firm in Los Angeles, California, where she also participated in several trials. Ms. Nuckel then transitioned to the defense side of personal injury at another large Los Angeles firm.
