Shauna Fraser-Kim is a Partner in the San Francisco office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Complex Litigation team.

Prior to joining Manning Kass, Ms. Fraser-Kim had a background in Healthcare Litigation in both malpractice and administrative proceedings. She has handled hundreds of cases, from pre-litigation through trial, and has given dozens of seminars on risk management for healthcare providers. Ms. Fraser-Kim specialized in Veterinary Malpractice, during which she assisted veterinarians in representing them at small claim trial appeals, limited and unlimited civil cases, and representing them before the Veterinary Medical Board.  

Additionally, Ms. Fraser-Kim worked for a congressman in his district office. During her work with the congressman, she helped constituents access Veterans Affairs benefits and assisted people through their immigration proceedings. 

Ms. Fraser-Kim is admitted to the California State Bar. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in 2008. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Government from College of William and Mary in 2005, and received her Masters of Public Health from Harvard University in 2023.
