Susannah R. Conn is a Partner in the San Diego office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Appellate Law (Strategy, Writs, & Appeals) team.

Ms. Conn received her Bachelor of Arts in Russian from the University of Wyoming, where she was one of 20 students selected for the Outstanding Graduate Award. She also completed a study abroad in Saratov, Russia. Ms. Conn received her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, where she graduated in the top 10 percent of her class and served as the Lead Articles Editor for the California Western Law Review. 

Before joining the firm, Ms. Conn was a partner at a nationally recognized firm specializing in securities and consumer class actions, where she handled appellate matters in the California Court of Appeal, the Third, Eighth and Eleventh Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court. She also served as a law clerk to a Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California for five years.

Ms. Conn is admitted to the California State Bar, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, and Northern Districts of California, and the United States Supreme Court.
