Theresa Men is an Associate at the San Diego office at Manning Kass. She is a member of the Premises Liability, Religious Institution Defense, and Retail, Restaurant, and Hospitality teams.

Ms. Men received her Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies and Political Science from the University of Louisville. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law. During law school, she participated in multiple legal internships and gained experience in compliance, intellectual property and litigation. 

Prior to joining Manning Kass, Ms. Men was an Associate Attorney at a boutique litigation firm where she defended California school districts and employers in public entity and employment litigation. 

Ms. Men is admitted to the California and Kentucky Bar.
