Thomas Livingston is an Associate in the San Diego office at Manning Kass. He is a member of the Appellate Law (Strategy, Writs, & Appeals) team.

Mr. Livingston received his Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University in History along with a Minor in Law and Society, and his Juris Doctorate from California Western University, Cum Laude. During law school, Mr. Livingston clerked at multiple litigation firms and completed a judicial externship with the Honorable John A. Houston, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of California. These experiences allowed Mr. Livingston to gain a unique perspective of litigation from the outset of a case to its conclusion at trial.

Prior to joining Manning Kass, Mr. Livingston was an Associate Attorney at a national law firm defending employers in wrongful termination and PAGA matters along with providing advice and counsel to employers. Mr. Livingston also has prior experience representing homeowners' associations in property disputes and violations of the Davis-Stirling Act, property owners in premises liability actions, and other insurance defense matters.

Mr. Livingston is licensed to practice in California, and the U.S. District Court for the Central, Northern, and Southern Districts of California.
