William J. Norton is an Associate at Manning Kass in the Orange County Office. He is a member of the Employment team.

Mr. Norton received his Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of California, Irvine. He was a leading member of the Ski/Snowboard Association at the University of California, Irvine, while also working full time as a legal assistant. Mr. Norton received his Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law at Westcliff University, while working as a full-time paralegal.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Norton worked as a business litigation and employment attorney at a boutique firm in Newport Beach, California, where he managed over a dozen cases dealing with a variety of contractual and employment issues, including but not limited to breach of contract, wage and hour disputes, discrimination in the workplace, wrongful termination, retaliation in the workplace, violations of the business and professions code and violations of the labor code to name a few. He also managed high valued breach of contract cases with joint venturers involving more than a million dollars in dispute.

Mr. Norton is admitted to the California State Bar.
