Construction Law Team Secures $1.26 Million Settlement

Our Construction Law team, led by Orange County Partner Sean Dowsing, recently secured a $1.26 million settlement on behalf of our client. Our client was contracted to replace water mains and sewer lines in Mission Beach, but encountered twice the number of underground utilities than were displayed in the design documents.
