Dallas Team Delivers for Client in Premises Liability Case at AT&T Stadium

Our Dallas team, led by Dallas Managing Partner David Reeder, was able to argue in favor of our client, an event staffing services company, in a personal injury action where Plaintiff slipped and fell on a wet floor at AT&T Stadium. Plaintiff alleged to have sustained injuries due to negligence and premises liability causes of action against Defendants and felt entitled to recover damages by virtue of the actions.

Manning Kass led the charge with a compelling oral argument and eventually persuaded the District Court of Tarrant County, Texas to grant the team’s motion for summary judgment in all respects and dismiss all causes of action with prejudice. Client was very pleased to avoid the risk of a costly jury trial.
